Password Management

Current Students, Alumni (Graduates), Faculty and Staff

Former Students and Non-Alumni (students who took classes but did not graduate from HU)

  • Click the link next to Non-Alumni Former Students
  • Enter your username and click Forgot Password (Username will be the first part of your former email before they "@" symbol. Example: JDoe@my.harrisburgu.edu would just be JDoe.
  • A password reset link will be sent to the last personal email address HU has on file. If you no longer monitor this email address, please contact Reghelp@HarrisburgU.edu
